Physiotherapy Referral Sydney — Who We Accept
We welcome physiotherapy referrals from support coordinators, care managers, GPs, hospital discharge planners, and family members across Greater Sydney. Our team responds to all referrals within 24 hours and keeps you updated on your client’s progress.
We currently accept referrals for clients in Parramatta, Penrith, Liverpool, Campbelltown, Ashfield, Hurstville, Toongabbie, Inner West, and surrounding suburbs.
What Happens After You Refer
Once you submit the referral form our team will contact the client or their carer within 24 hours to arrange an initial assessment. We will keep you informed throughout the process and provide progress updates as required.
Funding Types We Accept
We accept NDIS, aged care Home Care Packages, Support at Home, CHSP, DVA, Medicare CDM, private health insurance, and self-funded clients.
