Our physiotherapists support mobility, strength, balance, rehabilitation and everyday independence through personalised home-based treatment. We work with participants, families, support coordinators and plan managers to coordinate appointments and clinical reporting.
Treatment is tailored to each participant's functional needs, goals and NDIS plan.
We support adults with physical, neurological and mobility-related disability needs.
We assess physical function and provide relevant clinical documentation to support treatment planning, progress reviews and discussions with the participant's NDIS support team.
Assessments may include walking, balance, strength, transfers, endurance, mobility aid use and assistance required for everyday activities.
We can prepare physiotherapy assessment reports, progress summaries and clinical recommendations where appropriate and agreed in advance.
For broader daily living assessments, an occupational therapy assessment may also be appropriate.
Physiotherapy may be funded when it meets applicable NDIS funding criteria, relates to disability support needs and is covered by available plan funding.
We accept eligible plan-managed participants and invoice their nominated plan manager under agreed service arrangements.
Self-managed participants can arrange physiotherapy directly with our team, subject to their funding and agreed payment arrangements.
