    Home Visit Physiotherapy Sydney — How It Works

    Our home visit physiotherapy service in Sydney is available to NDIS participants, aged care clients, DVA recipients, Medicare, and private patients. We come to your home, aged care facility, or supported accommodation — no travel required.

    Funding Types We Accept

    We accept a wide range of funding types for home visit physiotherapy across Sydney including:

    NDIS

    Plan managed and Self-managed participants welcome.

    Aged Care

    Home Care Packages, Support at Home, and CHSP funding accepted.

    DVA

    We accept Department of Veterans Affairs referrals.

    Medicare

    Chronic disease management plans accepted with a GP referral.

    Private Health Insurance

    We accept most major private health funds.

    Self Funded 

    Private pay clients welcome with no referral required.

    Frequently Asked Questions

    We typically commence within 48 to 72 hours of receiving your request. Once you submit the form our team checks clinician availability in your area and calls you to confirm your appointment within 24 hours.

    For most clients no referral is needed — you can request a home visit directly. Medicare CDM clients require a GP referral. For NDIS and aged care clients a referral from your support coordinator or case manager is helpful but not always essential.

    Wear comfortable clothing and have a list of your current medications ready. Any relevant medical history or previous reports are also helpful but not essential. Your physiotherapist will guide you through everything else on arrival.

    We accept Support at Home, Home Care Packages, CHSP, NDIS, DVA, Medicare CDM, private health insurance, and self-funded clients. For more information about NDIS funding visit the NDIS website.
