Meet the Founder
Daniel Chong
Director and Principal Physiotherapist
Daniel founded Bayside Mobile Physio after recognising a gap in accessible physiotherapy for older Australians and people living with disability. Driven by a genuine passion for helping people live better and more independently, Daniel saw firsthand how the healthcare system was leaving people behind — not because care wasn’t available, but because accessing it was simply too hard.
An AHPRA-registered physiotherapist with over 7 years of community health experience, Daniel has worked across geriatric acute and rehabilitation, neurological rehabilitation, orthopaedic wards, and aged care facilities. This breadth of clinical experience across hospital and community settings gives him a deep understanding of the complex needs of older adults and people living with disability — and what it takes to deliver truly effective care outside of a clinical environment.
Today Daniel leads a team of experienced physiotherapists delivering mobile physiotherapy across Greater Sydney. He remains hands-on in client care and personally committed to building a service that referrers can rely on and clients can count on.
