Home Care Packages/Support at Home
DVA
We accept DVA referrals. A referral from your GP or specialist is required.

We accept most major private health funds.
Self Funded
Private paying clients welcome with no referral required.

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can I get an appointment?
We aim to respond to all home visit requests within 2 business hours. Initial appointments are typically arranged within 48 to 72 hours depending on your location and availability.
Do I need a referral from my GP?
In most cases you do not need a GP referral to book a home visit with us. You can book directly through this form. A GP referral may be required if you are accessing physiotherapy through a Medicare Chronic Disease Management plan or DVA funding.
What happens at the first appointment?
Your first appointment is a comprehensive assessment at your home. Your physiotherapist will review your medical history, understand your goals, and assess your current strength, mobility, and function. From there they will develop a personalised treatment plan and discuss the recommended frequency of visits.
What funding types do you accept?
We work with clients across a range of funding types including NDIS, Support at Home, DVA, Medicare Chronic Disease Management, and private health insurance. We also welcome self-funded clients who wish to pay privately.
