Daniel Chong
Daniel holds a Bachelor of Physiotherapy from Australian Catholic University and began his career within Sydney Local Health District, where he gained experience managing complex presentations within the public healthcare system.
He has extensive experience in community physiotherapy, supporting older adults, aged care clients and NDIS participants with multifactorial needs in the home environment. His clinical interests include falls prevention, mobility and balance retraining, post-hospital rehabilitation, chronic pain management, and goal-focused functional therapy.
Daniel founded Bayside Mobile Physio to improve access to high-quality physiotherapy for people who prefer or require treatment in their own home. As Director, he leads the clinical team and oversees governance and service standards to ensure safe, reliable and patient-centred physiotherapy across Sydney.

Larry trained within the public hospital system in Melbourne, gaining experience across ICU, acute, and chronic care settings. He is confident managing complex health conditions and supporting clients with reduced mobility.
He focuses on delivering practical, condition-specific physiotherapy that aligns with each client’s long-term goals helping them move safely, build strength, and maintain independence at home.
Larry is currently studying medicine, further strengthening his clinical understanding of complex presentations.
Outside of work, he enjoys Muay Thai, volleyball, running, and AFL.

Sam is an experienced physiotherapist with over 10 years of clinical practice across a range of healthcare settings.
He has a strong interest in musculoskeletal physiotherapy and enjoys supporting older adults and people living with disabilities to improve mobility, strength and independence at home.
Sam provides evidence-based physiotherapy for acute injuries, chronic pain and functional rehabilitation. His approach focuses on practical exercise programs and movement strategies that help patients regain confidence with walking, daily activities and overall mobility.
He is passionate about helping people stay active, maintain independence and improve their quality of life.
